Titles and trailers

Titles, their identifiers and rarity signals come from Wikidata (CC0) and Wikipedia pageview statistics (CC0); summaries come from Wikipedia (CC BY-SA 4.0). Trailers play in the embedded YouTube player, are never downloaded or stored, and are never paid for or reserved to card owners. Posters come from the sources listed below; otherwise, CineMasters draws its own.

Trailers play in the embedded YouTube player, free for everyone, whether or not you own the poster.

Every title, saga and filmography page links back to its Wikipedia article.

Awards, nominations and main cast also come from Wikidata (CC0): names only, never portraits.

Real posters

When a poster or a period image is in the public domain or under a free licence, it comes from Wikimedia Commons: its author (when known), its licence and a link to its Commons page are credited on the title page. Every image is checked for its legal status before it’s shown.

Active sources

Only sources whose terms allow CineMasters’ use are active; each is credited the way it asks. Ratings shown on a title page are those published by the sites named, unchanged, and never count toward a poster’s tier.

Publisher artwork

When no free image exists, a title’s poster or backdrop may come from one of the sources listed above. These images remain the property of their rights holders (studios, distributors, publishers, poster artists): CineMasters links to them at their original address, whole, without copying or altering them, and every title page credits “© rights holder” and their source with a link. CineMasters isn’t affiliated with any of these services.

A rights holder can request the removal of an image or trailer through the takedown request form (or at the contact address in the terms of use): the title then goes back to the poster drawn by CineMasters.
